When we find a house that meets your requirements, we will prepare an offer to purchase document and present it to the sellers along with a check for earnest money. When your offer is accepted, you will need to begin the formal loan application process. In order to ensure that the property is in condition acceptable to you, you and I work together to arrange the various inspections. Almost all closings take place at the office of the five title companies in Bozeman unless you are an out-of-state/out-of-country buyer.
