Showings

After you have selected the homes or land that interest you, I will arrange a time that fits everyone’s schedule for the showing you the properties. You should bring a notebook to jot down questions and/or interests you have about each house. I will bring a tape measure if you have a question about a particular room’s dimensions. Important questions also to keep in mind are:

• Is there enough room for you now and in the near future?
• Is the home’s floor plan right for your family?
• Is there enough storage space?
• Will you have to replace the appliances?
• Is the yard the size that you want?
• How much maintenance and/or decorating will you need to do right away? Later?
• Will your present furniture work in this house?
