Read how ERA’s quick pre-qualifying process can expedite your new home search.Step 3: Looking for a HomeAs a licensed REALTOR®, I have access to all homes and land currently for sale through all REALTORS® in the Gallatin Valley and surrounding areas. Once you have determined your home requirements, I will provide you with printouts of listings that closely meet your specifications. After you have selected the homes you wish to visit, I will arrange private showings that meet your schedule.Step 4: Making an OfferWhen we find a house that meets your requirements, we will prepare an offer to purchase document and present it to the sellers along with a check for earnest money.Step 5: Final LoanWhen your offer is accepted, you will need to begin the formal loan application process.Step 6: Arranging InspectionsIn order to ensure that the property is in condition acceptable to you, you and I work together to arrange the various inspections.Step 7: Closing the PurchaseAlmost all closings take place at the office of the five title companies in Bozeman unless you are an out-of-state/out-of-country buyer.
